Giovanni is the co-founder and current managing director of Newton Manor Constructions, a role he has held for over four decades. He boasts a wealth of industry wisdom and his extensive experience spans Educational, Commercial, and Residential sectors. Giovanni has seamlessly overseen numerous projects delivered to the highest of standards with budgets up to $25 million.
John Kennedy
PARTNER
A seasoned professional in the construction industry, John boasts 40 years of expertise as a registered builder and qualified plumber. With a wealth of experience across Education, Commercial and Residential sectors, he brings a unique blend of skill and knowledge to every project, ensuring precision and quality in his work.
Ben Kennedy
PROJECT MANAGER
As a qualified carpenter, and with a double degree in Commerce/Arts from Deakin University, Ben seamlessly merges over seven years of Educational, Commercial & Residential construction expertise with a unique blend of commercial acumen gained in the broader commercial workforce. His diverse background enriches his approach, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of projects and a distinct ability to navigate challenges, manage stakeholders and deliver projects in the ever-evolving construction landscape.
Josh Kennedy
PROJECT MANAGER
Josh is a versatile professional with a distinguished 17-year career as a professional AFL football player for Hawthorn and The Sydney Swans, including 5 years as team Captain. With a Diploma of Building and Construction from Open Colleges, a Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Commerce from Sydney University, Joshua brings a unique blend of leadership, industry knowledge, and academic expertise to the construction field. His strong leadership, discipline, and teamwork skills have seamlessly translated into project management, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

ESTIMATING AND CONSTRUCTION OVERSIGHT
Neil has been an integral part of Newton Manor Constructions for over 30 years, contributing to a wide range of educational and commercial projects. With extensive experience in both site supervision and project management, he now plays a pivotal role in providing senior oversight across all our construction activities. Trent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project, backed by decades of hands-on experience in the building industry. Having played a key role in the construction of schools at Newton Manor for many years, Trent has developed a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial building processes. A highly qualified and skilled carpenter, he successfully operated his own carpentry business, further refining his technical abilities and craftsmanship. Renowned for his precision, problem- solving skills, and deep industry insight, Trent consistently delivers exceptional results. His mastery of the trade and unwavering dedication make him an indispensable asset to any construction team.

Paul Rowe
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Paul has over 30 years of Educational, Commercial & Residential design, documentation & construction experience. Paul’s experience has entailed all aspects from design to delivery of projects up to $25M. Previous experience includes working within several Architectural firms where he was employed as an Architectural Draftsman and was also in charge of the drawing office.
